Utilizes
a selection of readiness resource. The child is presented with
a thematic, hands-on approach to learning new skills, such as
sequencing counting. Alphabet and phonics awareness is initiated
through daily stories and games. The child's curiosity, independence
and self-confidence are fostered through the use of center play
activities and field trips in the community.
Parent
communication for these age groups is facilitated through
the child's progress report and on weekly newsletters.
