Provides
administrative support to center management. Types,
records, copies and files reports, correspondence, and
other center records and documents.
Greets
parents, visitors, and staff in a professional, courteous
manner and providing general information.
Creates
a variety of computer generated printed matter, e.g.
flyers, newsletters, publicity items, I.D. cards, name
tags, spreadsheets, database reports, etc.
Receives
incoming phone calls, taking messages as necessary and
referring calls in a timely manner.
Prepares
and checks correspondence, ensuring outgoing correspondence
is grammatically correct, error free and prepared in
an appropriate business letter format.
Organizes
effective, filing systems, maintains client, personnel
and program files, and ensuring completeness of the
records.
Acts
as the center's notary providing notary services, ensuring
that all legal papers required by the center are properly
completed, signed and notarized.
Keeps
management abreast of all administrative problems, concerns
and supply needs. Collects money, providing receipts
and accurate record keeping.
Maintains
CPR and First Aid Certification, personnel attendance,
timesheets and leave records.
Performs
other duties as assigned.
